Shipping and Returns

We aim to post all orders in 3-5 working days (this may be slightly longer during busy seasons but you can be kept up to date on our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram) 


Please note, working days do not include Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank holidays. 


We hope that you will love your purchase but if you are not completely happy we will offer an exchange or refund provided that the jewellery has not been used and is in the same original packaging. We must receive your returned items within 14 days of the date you received the items.

 

Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office as this will be required should your return be delayed or go missing.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us or any delay in your return reaching us.  

 

In the unlikely event there is a fault or defect with any item you will be fully refunded for the cost of the item plus any postage incurred by you in returning the item to us.
